Marvellous Construction Ltd. is a family business which has been established since 2014. It is a well known and trusted construction and villa maintenance company in Kalkan.

Myself, Bilen Yenici, migrated from the USA in 2007 along with my wife Esra Yenici from Munich, Germany. We both have Turkish backgrounds. I had my own logistics company in the States and Esra had studied English/French/German Economic Translations at the Foreign Language Institute of the State Capital of Munich.

In order to understand and learn customer satisfaction to the highest standards, we worked in management roles in Ski Resorts in Haute-Nendaz (Canton, Switzerland), Les-Arcs (Savoie, France) and Samoens (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region in Southeastern France).

After many years of working in our qualified jobs, we decided to try something new and challenging, along with settling to raise our family. That’s when we discovered “Paradise” Kalkan.

In Kalkan we managed successful restaurants, and developed into the construction and real-estate business. Equipped with my project manager license and experience, I built luxurious villas in Kalkan, which we have been selling and renting for many years.

Our company portfolio includes property development, property management and maintenance, villa rentals and outside catering.
